CANNEX: Alternate Method to BI-SEM, that uses a Monte Carlo approach
General Description
CANNEX is an evaluation app but does not use BI-SEM. Instead, it uses Monte Carlo. Unlike BI-SEM, it requires a direct liaison with the Carrier for implementation.
